There is a change in NGWA’s registration process for exams for the licensing of water well drillers and/or pump installers.
NGWA is working with its exam proctor, PSI Services, to enable exam candidates to register and schedule their exams online. Exam candidates will still be able to call to schedule their exams, however there will be a new phone number for scheduling – candidates should call 800 733.9267 beginning May 4, 2017. Exams may be scheduled online at www.psiexams.com beginning May 4, 2017 as well. The final date to schedule exams using the previous telephone line is April 28, 2017.

Exams continue to be offered year-round at PSI test centers nationwide. The only change candidates should notice is the new phone number, the availability of online scheduling, and an expanded number of available test centers in some areas.
